Group classes are allocated one hour. Within that hour, expect to complete a warm up, a strength component, and a workout of the day (WOD) which will generally range between about eight and 25 minutes. Each class is lead by a Certified CrossFit Coach with a pre-set structure for the class. Be on time, bring a good pair of shoes (a minimalist shoe is best) and water and we’ll do the rest.
